Rezumat

Dynamic games create favorable conditions for the simultaneous development of basic or specific motor skills, motor qualities but also mental processes and personality traits of students. At these ages, students show considerable progress in terms of motor skills, due in part to logical changes in the body’s systems and functions, daily physical activities, living conditions and especially the organized and systematic practice of physical exercises. General and specific research methods in the field of physical education and sports were used. In order to carry out the research, I chose 15 students from class III - B from Secondary School no. 96 Bucharest where I carry out my teaching activity and prepare the representative minihandball team that I considered the experimental sample. The results obtained by the subjects in the established control samples were compared with the results obtained by the subjects of a similar (control) sample, of the same age and with the same bio-psycho-motor characteristics, students from the third grade of the A the same secondary schools.
