Rezumat

The investigations presented focused on the development of the micropropagation technology of some goji varieties, providing planting material of homogeneous quality in a short time by testing two growth regulators of the cytokinin type: 6-benzyl-amino-purine (BAP) and kinetin (Kin). Optimal microcloning results were obtained on medium supplemented with the growth regulator BAP. The determination of the average number of shoots formed per initial explant varies from 20,17 for the variety 'Licurici' to 22,06 for the variety 'Amber Sweet'. Although in the variety 'New Big' the number of shoots does not differ essentially (14,11; 14,72; respectively 16,11), being statistically significant (p˂0,05). In vitro rooting was performed on Murashige & Skoog 1962 basic medium (MS 100%) supplemented with the growth regulator naphthalene-acetic acid (ANA) in various concentrations. The acclimatization yield was very high, constituting 95%. These results denote the fact that the varieties of Lycium barbarum L. studied presented a very good level of acclimatization, and the composition of the substrate and the conditions created proved to be optimal.
