The analysis of the scientific manifestations carrying out in the Republic of Moldova, using the online platform for recording, monitoring and reporting scientific events was performed. As a basis for the elaboration of the platform was the need to implement additional tools for advertising the expected events, but also for more demanding monitoring of those being organized. Contributing to the accountability of event organizers, the analyzed platform supports the automatic exchange of data with other systems in the research-innovation field, collects relevant metadata, which as a whole creates a complete picture of the event, useful from various perspectives for multiple interested parties. The platform thus contributes to the impartiality of the evaluation, ensures the veracity, traceability and integrity of the information about the events. It was noted that not all the planned scientific events have taken place, and some, especially at the national level, did not comply with all the requirements established in the regulations approved by National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC), one of them being the application of the review procedure. A mandatory condition for the validation of the scientific event, including the one included on the platform, is the editing and preservation on the National Bibliometric Instrument of the collections of published materials of the organized event. We believe that the continued use of the platform „conferinte.stiu.md” and the improvement of the functionalities and the way of reporting will lead to an increase in the quality of scientific publications resulting from the conduct of scientific events in the Republic of Moldova.
