In this article, we come up with the definition of the concept of flexibility, experiences regarding the mobility model of the way and working time. They are presented for the implementation of the models of flexibility of the mode and time used in the USA, Great Britain, Australia, Canada. Some conclusions from the Study on the opportunity to make more flexible the way and time of work in the Romanian Public Administration carried out by the National Institute of Administration (INA) are presented. The initia-tive, coordinated and implemented by INA, was supported by the General Secretariat of the Government and the World Bank Group. |
