| Rezumat | ||||||
The model of the mixed social reaction appears in the result of the combination of the first two models: repressive and preventive. It is in the result of the struggle of ideas between classical school and the positivist one that this model with an eclectic character or with a repressive preventive character appeared. The mixed model combines penal repression with general and special prevention of criminal punishment, orienting social reaction against criminality in the plane of combating the real crime, thus, defending the social values guarded by the criminal law. |
