Based on the transformative theory, the present research examines the predictive value of the process of Leadership on counterproductive work behavior. 152 subordinates from different organizations participated in this study. The participants were asked to complete two questionnaires: MLQ (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire), and OCBS (Organizational Citizenship Work Behavior Scale). The results indicate that leadership style predicts the citizenship work behavior. |
