Моя дипломная работа посвящена теме кризиса адаптации первого года семейной жизни. Я выбрала данную тему, так как через этот период проходит каждая молодая семья. Проблемы семьи и внутрисемейных отношений были актуальны всегда. Брак и семья относятся к числу таких явлений, интерес к которым всегда был устойчивым и массовым. Образование полноценной семьи — довольно сложный процесс, и вряд ли встретится такой брак, который не испытал бы кризиса в первые годы своего существования. Пожалуй, самым сложным моментом в налаживании семейной жизни является психологическая адаптация супругов к условиям совместного проживания и индивидуальноличностным особенностям друг друга, формирование внутрисемейных отношений, сближение привычек, представлений, ценностей молодых супругов и других членов семьи. В зависимости от того, как пройдет «притирка» двух личностей на начальном этапе брака, во многом зависит жизнеспособность семьи. В процессе развития семейно-брачных отношений психологи выделяют периоды «спада в отношениях». Они характеризуются нарастанием чувства неудовлетворенности друг другом, у супругов обнаруживаются расхождения во взглядах, учащаются ссоры, возникает молчаливый протест, ощущение обманутых надежд и упреки. Подобные периоды носят название кризисных ситуаций в браке.

My thesis is devoted to the topic of the crisis of adaptation of the first year of family life. I chose this topic because through this period passes every young family. The problems of the family and family relations were always relevant. Marriage and the family are among the phenomena which interest has always been steady and massive. The education of the full family represents a complex process, and it is unlikely to meet such a marriage that doesn’t know the crisis in the early years of its existence. Perhaps the most difficult aspect in the establishment of family life is the psychological adaptation to the conditions of spouses living together and the individually-personal features of each other, the formation of family relations, rapprochement habits, perceptions and values. The viability of the family depends mainly on the way the “grinding” of two individuals passes at the initial stage of marriage. In the development of family relations psychologists distinguish periods of “downturn in relations.” They are characterized by the increase of dissatisfaction with each other, the couple found differences in views, frequent quarrels, appearance of silent protests, the feeling of disappointments and reproaches. These periods are called crisis situation in marriage.
