The article summarizes the results of research conducted to determine the influence of biologically active substances in microbial culture fluids (MCF), obtained on the basis of cultivation of microbial cultures manufactures of amylases (Asspergillus niger CNMN FD 06) - MCF no. 1 and cellulases (Asspergillus flavus BKM F-3292 D and Pinicillium expansum CNMN FD 05) - MCF no. 2, on the physiological development of worm culture (California Red Hybrid worm), in order to accelerate the process of bioconversion of organic waste by worm culture. As a result of research, it was found that the length, diameter and body mass of earthworms depended on the concentration of MCF, used to spray the nutrient substrate. In lots where the solutions of both MCF were used for spraying in a concentration of 15% the length, the diameter and body mass of the earthworms remained unchanged, and in the lots in which MCF solutions were used in a concentration of 20% and 25%, these indicators increased, respectively by 1.59% - 4.76%, 2.33% - 13.95%, 1.72% - 10.34%, compared to those of the individuals in the control lot. |
