| Rezumat | ||||||
Marriage is the freely consented union between a man and a woman, which has been completed for the purpose of establishing a family, by respecting the legal norms. In the present paper we analyzed the positive backgrounds, provided by the family code of the Republic of Moldova: matrimonial age, gender difference, mutual consent and information on the health status of the two future spouses. Also we compared our legal precepts with those of other states with the purpose to identify some loopholes permitted by moldovan law and to formulate some possible lege ferenda recommendations. |
