17 patients aged between 20 and 43 years of age with lateral teeth coronary lesions class II Black have been variedly examined and treated by a classical restorative techniques. The paraclinical examination included X-ray, occlusiography and densitometry of the alveolar osseous tissue cortex. As reference the complete dental arches with orthognat occlusion have been used in 10 patients between 19 and 22 years of age. The clinical algorithm for the restorative treatment of the proximal surfaces and the interdental contact points in the presence of MO, DO, MOD defects has been determined. In the structure of the tooth and parodontium complex the following levels of protection can be distinguished: the enamel marginal ridge, the interdental contact point, and the interdental papilla. The quality of the restoration of the interdental contact point by the use of photopolymerisable materials is influenced by the anatomico-morphological peculiarities in the use of photopolimeric materials.

Au fost examinaţi complex şi trataţi prin tehnică restaurativă 17 pacienţi în vârstă de 20-43 de ani cu leziuni coronare ale dinţilor laterali, clasa II Black. Examenul paraclinic a inclus: radiografia, ocluzografia şi densitometria corticalei ţesutului osos alveolar. Ca „etalon a normei” au servit arcadele dentare intacte ale 10 persoane cu vârsta cuprinsă între 19-22 de ani în ocluzie ortognată. A fost propus algoritmul clinic de restabilire a suprafeţelor proximale şi a punctelor de contact interdentar la prezenţa defectelor MO, DO, MOD. În structura complexului „dinte - parodont” pot fi nominalizate următoarele niveluri de protecţie a parodonţiului: crestele marginale, punctele de contact interdentar, papilele interdentare. Calitatea restabilirii contactului interdentar cu materiale fotopolimerice este condiţionată de particularităţile de structură ale dinţilor laterali şi de respectarea proceselor tehnologice de utilizare a materialelor fotopolimerice.
