В настоящее время постепенно формируется система новых постиндустриальных трудовых отношений. Это проявляется прежде всего как распространение фриланса и подобных ему форм организации труда. В современной экономике на основе быстрого развития инновационных технологий меняются формы занятости, интеллектуальный труд становится преимущественно дистанционным и не ограничивается географическим пространством и временем, а его эффективность зависит от гибкости коммуникаций в виртуальном пространстве. Цель публикации – исследование фриланса как новой формы организации труда, которая позволяет решить проблему повышения занятости населения различных стран мира. При подготовке публикации соблюдены общие требования к обобщению и систематизации материала, обеспечена комплексность исследования, использованы расчетно-аналитические методы и методы сравнительного анализа, группировки, графические построения и табличное отражение данных. Результаты исследования и основные выводы, которые из них следуют, таковы: современный рынок фриланс-услуг находится в состоянии интенсивного формирования; ведущими игроками на этом рынке являются США, Великобритания, Индия; новые формы труда (в их числе фриланс) позволяют реализовать самые значимые для человечества ценности – интеллектуальный, творческий потенциал людей и потенциал социального времени общества; применение новых форм организации труда способствует расширению практики постиндустриальных отношений в обществе; для Украины фриланс является эффективным способом решения проблемы занятости и снижения напряженности на рынке труда в условиях сложной экономической ситуации, которая существует в стране.

Nowadays a system of new post-industrial labor relations is being gradually formed. This is manifested, first of all, as the expansion of freelance and similar forms of labor organization. In the modern economy, based on the rapid development of innovative technologies, the forms of employment are changed, the intellectual work becomes predominantly remote and is not limited by geographical space and time, and its effectiveness depends on the flexibility of communications in the virtual space. The purpose of the publication is to study the freelance as a new form of labor organization, which allows to solve the problem of increasing the employment of the population in the different countries. During the preparation of publication the general requirements for the generalization and systematization of the material were met, the comprehensive research was provided, the calculation and analytical methods and methods of comparative analysis, groupings, graphical constructions and tabular reflection of data were used. The results of the research and the main conclusions are as follows: the modern market of freelance services is in the conditions of intensive formation; the leading players in this market are the USA, Great Britain, India; new forms of work (including freelance) allow to realize the most important values for humanity, namely: the intellectual, creative potential of people and the potential of the social time of society; the usage of new forms of labor organization promotes the expansion of the practice of postindustrial relations in society; for Ukraine freelance is an effective method to solve the problem of employment and reduce the tension in the labor market in terms of the difficult economic situation that exists in the country.
