Rezumat

The most significant role in the development of international labor law is played by the International Labor Organization (hereinafter the ILO). It is a specialized UN agency. The main task of the ILO is the development of international labor standards. Its declarations, conventions, recommendations and resolutions are aimed at regulating not only labor relations directly between the employer and the employee, but also employment policy and human resources development, social policy, enterprise relations policy, as well as cooperation on a sectoral and national scale.
