In the context of reforming civil law, an urgent task is to recognize the study of the current state and ways to improve the regulatory framework, the rule of law in terms of the exercise of civil rights and the fulfillment of duties. The problem lies both in inefficiency, bureaucracy, the imperfection of the mechanism for ensuring the exercise of civil rights and the performance of duties, and in the low level of legal culture. |
