In this article there are analyzed the material (immaterial) object of the offences concerning insolvency. The authore argues that the material (immaterial) object of the offences referred to at alin.(1) art. 252 CP RM is the goods belonging to assets and liabilities of the debtor, as well as any act of accountacy or statistics concerning economic activity of debtor, etc., and that of offences reffered to at alin.(3) art. 252 CP RM consists of overexpenditure, the bank’s assets, unreasonable obligations, the bank’s requirements, etc. Secondly, the material object of the offences referred to at alin.
