В статье рассматривается проблема формирования у выпускника современного вуза готовности к профессиональной деятельности в пространстве диалога культур. Автор раскрывает сущность готовности к диалогу как приоритетного свойства человека в глобальном мире, выделяет основные приемы создания педагогической ситуации, обеспечивающей опыт диалога, обосновывает необходимость придания диалогической ориентации всем структурным компонентам образования – содержанию, методам обучения, взаимоотношениям его субъектов. В статье выделяются и описываются основные критерии готовности выпускников современных вузов к диалогу с представителями различных культур и толерантному образу жизни.

The article is about the problem of forming the readiness of the modern university graduate for professional activities in the field of the dialogue of cultures. The author reveals the essence of readiness for the dialogue as the most important characteristic of a person in the global world, highlights the basic techniques of creation of the pedagogical situation which provides the experience of the dialogue, substantiates the necessity to attach dialogical orientation to all structural components of education- content, learning methods, relations between its subjects. The author discloses and describes the main criteria of readiness of modern university graduates for the dialogue with representatives of different cultures and tolerant way of life.
