Restoration and further development of viticulture - one of the main directions of the Moldovan agriculture - is impossible without vineyard reestablishment, production of quality seedlings of highly productive varieties, resistant to adverse environmental conditions. Current technologies for producing vine planting material should be supplemented with new methods in order to achieve significant improvement of quality and quantity of planting material. A promising direction in the improvement of existing technology in viticulture and seedlings production is the application of trace elements and biotechnological products, particularly for vine reproduction from seeds (in the case of breeding new hybrid varieties). Vine seeds have low germination energy, such as some species of trees and shrubs. To increase seeds germination energy and growth potential, special techniques of seeds preparation are used, such as seeds soaking in water, stratification and destruction of dense membranes, soaking in solutions of trace elements at room temperature for 12-24 hours. Plants grown from seeds are characterized by fast growth and higher resistance to diseases and pests. A promising direction in the improvement of existing technology in viticulture and seedlings production is the application of microelements and biotechnological products complex. The goal of the present research is to elucidate the role of complex of trace elements Microcom-V and metabolites of microorganisms on the vine seeds germination and production of qualitative seedling. Researches were conducted in the 2010-2011 under controlled conditionsand production ones. The infection of seeds with bacteria using microorganisms suspensions of Pseudomonas fluorescens (seeds obtained from crossings) and Azotobacter chroococcum (seeds of standard varieties), during seeds sowing contributes toward an effective grape seeds germination and intensive seedlings growth compared to control. Saprophytic microorganisms have a positive impact on the formation and development of young grape plants, the common application of microorganisms and trace elements is beneficial for seedlings. Of major importance are the results referring to the role of microbial preparations and trace elements in the process of obtaining grape hybrid seedlings, because these seeds germination is very low. Experimental material shows an increase in energy of germination of seeds treated with aqueous solutions of Azotobacter chroococcum strains and with Rizobium radiobacter. The mechanism of the positive action of microorganisms on seeds germination, growth and development of rooted seedlings possible, is related to the increased permeability of membranes or accumulation of biologically active microbial metabolites. The main indicators of seedlings quality are growth and maturation of annual shoots. We have examined the effect of microorganisms and microelements complex on seedlings growth under both controlled conditions and nursery conditions. The data analysis of seedlings grown in the nursery shows that almost in all variants of microorganisms and trace elements treatment the most intensive growth of shoots was noted for seedlings of cultivar Prezentabel’nyi compared to control. The average length of shoots per plant in the control variant was 39,9 cm by the end of the vegetation. Plants foliar fertilization with trace elements complex Microcom-Venhancesplant growth, especially on the background of microorganisms’ suspensions incorporation in soil. In this case more effective is smaller dose of Microcom – 0, 5. Thus, the optimal combinations of Microcom-V with different derivatives of microorganisms obviously improve grape seeds germination, growth and development of seedlings and cuttings. Application of microorganisms commonly with complex of trace elements Microcom- V is an opportunity to decrease the amount of used micro fertilizers.
