This article is about luminous glow that occurs in the middle atmosphere named sprites. They represent a big interest, thanks to their big energy allocation. Also this phenomenon may produce danger for flying devices in future. Being one of the rarest and unknown kinds of thunderstorm in the upper atmosphere layer, it could unravel a lot of secrets about nature of electricity and space weather which surrounds the Earth |
