Rezumat | ||||||
In this work we approach the problem of hiring young Moldovan Employment. Therefore we propose some causes that led to this situation such as: employer reluctance to hire young graduates (absolvenţi), the lack of sufficient jobs and low attractiveness of existing vacancies, etc. As effect youth due to the lack of work begin to degrade and with them society and as a result the country's economy weakens. We came up with some solutions that could change the situation in the country such as: organization of training for young professionals and additions to wages and more. Finally, the analysis that we have made we reached the conclusion that our government(Guvernul) do everything possible to lower the unemployment rate (rata şomajului)and what is the most usefull is the desire that must come from our young people |
