British poet W.H. Auden best expressed the value of water through the verse „Thousands have lived without love, not one without water” (Auden, 1967) „Thousands have lived without love, no one without water.”Analyzing the difficulties and challenges facing the Republic of Moldova in strengthening democracy and human rights, as well as the concept of regionalization and water supply and sewerage services, in choosing the "modeling" model of regionalization, development of public-private partnership, we express our opinion that it is appropriate for Moldova to protect its water sources and guarantee the right to water through the fundamentallaw, the Constitution. |
