"Europe will not be built at once, or according to a single plan, but through concrete achievements which first create a de facto solidarity." It's one of the quotes presented by Robert Schuman Declaration of 9 May 1950 delivered a historic date otherwise the entire European area, raised to the rank of feast European Community officials. In this context, following the trends visible and widely publicized Moldova to become part of the EU, I would like to mention that this step, namely European integration can become reality through repeated attempts, hard work and solidarity to prove Europe that indeed we are de facto owners of a common blood. Our country's national manifestation of interest to strengthen relations with the European Union, and to achieve an approximation of these relationships is ultimately a long-term aspiration, we must start the construction of a Europe at home. To make this possible the Moldovan authorities in agreement with European authorities have negotiated an Association Agreement between the EU and Moldova.
