This article refers to a general legal analysis of the concept of state customs border that is crossed over by a great number of passengers, carriers specialized in carrying goods, loadings, objects, values, passengers, including legal entities with different purposes. The author also determines, establishes and evaluates the objects, values, goods that can be in the possession of legal entities and crossed over the state external customs border without having the purpose of their commercialization or alienation. The author mainly refers to living animalsthat are crossed overthe state customsborderasobjects, values from the accountable balance of legal entities that are considered as objects which have a special legal status when crossing the external customs border of the state. |
