Rezumat

Human capital is the most important resource of any institution, be it in the public central administration, local administration or the sindicates. The proper use of human resources and the employee evaluation possibilities as well as the proper realization of the optimization of the informational processes in the employees’ trainings are a few elements contributing to the success of a business. The informatical human resource management system, ensuring the collection, management and interpretation of data, by drafting lists, periodical reports, and statistical and comparative data, upon the legal basis of the Labor Code of Republic of Moldova (Law no. 154/03.28.2003), ensures a good organization of the informational flow between the human resources and the public and central administration departments.
