The article in question determines the concept and peculiarities of alternatives to imprisonment for offenses of corruption by public officials and officials of the Republic of Moldova. The study shows that cases can talk about these alternatives and they are. At the same time, it shows and explains according to the judgment of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, situations where some of the alternatives can be applied prison sentence for corruption offenses and criminal legal - specific alternative means prison release through the institution of punishment criminal. In conclusion, it shows the necessity of the presence of alternatives prison for corruption offenses in criminal legislation of the Republic of Moldova, arguing that they should not be applied as a rule and needs to be applied based on the effects they can produce. |
