In this scientifically approach author exposes some important reflections on the right to education which he considers as indispensable for the building a rule of law. The author emphasizes the legal framework wich guarantees this right in Moldova. At the same time, he briefly examine the issue of award that right to the three generations of human rights, its individual or collective character, and finally highlights the importance of the right to education for democratization of society and strengthening the rule of law in Moldova.
