This article explores the issues of cooperation between Moldova and International Organizations in the democratic process of the society. Thus, it is mentioned that the indicator for building a state of law, which would ensure the rule of law, in this way our country collaborate rather actively with the United Nations and the Council of Europe, to implement advanced practice of democratic societies in this area. Along with highlighted priority areas of cooperation with International Organizations listed in the article, there are exposed the problems that still persist due to the fact that Moldova aligns at the standards of a democratic society, namely: the existence of a political will to democratic reforms, the presence of a suitable political climate which leads to society as a whole in the process of building a modern state, attached to the democratic values.
