Nowadays, knowledge is power if you know when to use it! There are many sources of information, but we are devoid of knowledge. “Knowledge” is used for an activity which give knowledge and for the results of this activity. Knowledge audit is an activity of identifying, analyzing, interpreting and reporting of information and knowledge of a company. In this paper we find out what knowledge is needed, what knowledge is available or missing in an organization, who needs this knowledge and how will this knowledge be applied. |
