Analyzing the place of the institution of the President in some EU members countries, it is necessary to take into account more aspects, including: political regime, state structure, form of government, history, culture and traditions of nations and others. Thus, through the multilateral study, we can identify the particularities of this institution and the facts which represents a special interest, namely strong points, which can be taken over and implemented successfully from one country to another according of the necessity.
