The subject of the extraterritorial effects of the foreign judgment decision represents an actual problem of our days. Foreign law problems occur more often in the practice of the courts of the Republic of Moldova on the extent of increasing the number of legal foreign element linked to increased foreign trade, diversify markets for Moldovan products, increasing the number of Moldovan citizens moving abroad for the purpose of work, or staff augmentation in the number of foreigners visiting Moldova and other such causes. Thus, in thesis are considering aspects of a foreign court decision and effects that can benefit in a foreign state submitted proposals and recommendations for modification and adjustment of civil procedural legislation of the Republic of Moldova to the conditions and standards that would ensure the creation of legal mechanisms necessary for the realization of their goals and confirm them not only legal, but also actual.
