A truly democratic society it’s when all of citizens have equal opportunities for development and prosperity, it’s when the women have an status in this country. The social, economic and political changes has led to changes of psychology on the role and place of women in modern society. Balanced participation of women and men in decision-making of public life, is a part of human rights, an element of social equity; Inclusion the women in management, of public administration, and using professional and psychological potential it’s very important for more effective functioning of democratic society. |
