Following the Moldova trends to integrate into the European space there should be taken in consideration some legal phenomena existing in the EU legislation which are going to become a reality in our case. One of these so-called recent legislative events on the European inner market, without a proper regulation national Moldova legislation, is the work through the temporary work agency – a complex employment relationship designed to ensure flexibility and security on labor market. The present paper put in evidence some aspects of this kind of work scheme, with special reference to Romanian labor legislation.
