The collective agreement is the legal act regulating labour and other social relations at the enterprise, concluded in written form between employees and the employer by their representatives. The above agreement constitutes not only an integral element of democracy, but also of the market economy. In this connection, author of the given research paper has elucidated the content and legal effects of the collective agreement according to the labour legislation of Republic Moldova and Romania. |
