Rezumat | |||||
Moldova is a country in transition that’s currently at the intermediate stage of the reforming process of its public institutions, legislation and political agenda. In this context, the country must bring European standards to Moldova to implement reforms, including ensuring the rule of law and fundamental freedoms, developing a vibrant market economy and reducing poverty. The International Labour Organization plays a significant role in this process by promoting decent work conditions so that everybody could work under conditions of freedom, equity, security and human dignity. The ratification and implementation of conventions and international treaties represent a necessity and a way to reach the European standards and values. |
