Communication is important in building and maintaining a society. Communication through many channels is indeed helpful in creating an effective partnership between the government and the citizens. Providing information is just the first step. It should be taking into regard citizens interest in the formulation of policies and the creation of programs. As in any other country, in tehe Republic of Moldova the significant channal between public administration and the citizens are the media, followed by the radio, also the public servants and now we have the internet. |
