The main principles and some applications of inquiry – based science education (IBSE) are analyzed in this paper. Constructivist teachers motivate students to constantly evaluate how the activity is helping them gain understanding. Constructivist pedagogy and IBSE are implanted to each other. Piaget's theory of Constructivist learning has had wide ranging impact on learning theories and teaching methods in education and is an underlying theme of many education reform movements. |
