After the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Moldova has been adopted, the country developed a series of reforming processes in order to ensure the functionality of a democratic public administration system, based on the values of the state law. The purpose of this study is to identify the main steps that were followed by the intermediate level o the administrative system, namely the territorial organization of the public authorities, steps followed with the purpose of building an efficient administrative system. |
