Modern public management and administration is aimed at providing a number of properties that were underdeveloped for this system, or their coverage has received little attention, one of them is transparency and a mechanism for ensuring this in all branches of government. The quintessence of transparency of the judiciary is contained in the famous aphorism: ,,it is not Enough to know that the law exists, we need to see how it is”. In the article, transparency of the judicial system in the broad sense is a tool that provides the public with information on the functioning of the judicial system as a whole and its institutions in particular. The basis of the transparency of the judicial system is the information component. The degree of development of the informational component in the judicial system depends on the level of trust and citizens satisfaction with judicial services. Analyzed the term ,,public administration” as a subject of transparency in modern court management and administration. Proposed to clearly define and set the transparency mechanism, namely public administrations and equivalent entities at the level of normative acts and local documents.
