In the communication: “The interdicting of the discrimination seen through the light of The European Convention for the defense of fundamental rights and freedoms” it was made an analysis of The European Convention for the human rights, that interdicts the discrimination that affects the society. In this regard there were analyzed the mechanisms for the elimination of the phenomenon of discrimination and for the promotion of the fight against the discrimination especially. |
