Road traffic safety represents the state of the things in the road traffic that reflects the protection degree of it’s participants against the accidents and their consequences, an indispensable element of the durable development strategy of the automobiles and a key-problem in the domain of life an health protection of the citizens. Organization and insurance of the road security circulation represents the forms of state policy execution in the protection domain of life, health and citizens property through the prevention of the road circulation accidents and gravity consequences reduction of them is a important objective of which realization is possible only through all authorities effort conjugation with skills in the road circulation and security domain. Following this order of ideas, the national policies from this domain must materialize in a concrete national program of actions looking the organization and insurance of road circulation security in Republic of Moldova for the 2011 – 2020 years. |
