Rezumat

The role of Government activity is to satisfy the general public interests. In order to carry out its work in the best conditions, public authorities need to have material, financial and human resources. The most important and valuable is the human resource. In order to participate actively in the achievement of the institution’s and the personal objectives, human resources must be motivated. Motivation is a general term that describes the process of commencement, orientation and maintaining physical and psychological activities. This leads to better and more productive work environment.
