The article defines the notion of social partnership in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova. It also identifies the labor relationships, including vocational training – as a regulating domain through the instrumentality of social dialogue.The author gives the definition of such notions as vocational training, continuous vocational training, technical training and identifies the elements of employees’ vocational/professional training institutionalization. The article outlines the normative framework in the domain of professional/vocational guiding and training of manpower recourses in the Republic of Moldova and assesses the cooperation between the social partners in this very domain.By stating the repairing character of the tendencies of adult training institutionalization and the orientation of the legal framework towards the dismissed employees, the article tackles the issue of educational system and labor market relationships.
