The civil servants work in situations of uncertainty every day, and stress is very apparent in their behaviour. In order to minimize the impact of stress in public institutions it is welcome to create a psychologically balanced environment. The psychological balanced environmental is part of the organizational culture and secures all officials of public institutions: top, middle, line managers and subordinates. The stress does not imply only economic costs, but also social ones. |
