Job satisfaction is a condition related to professional efficiency and is therefore considered as a significant indicator. Also, the relevant explanatory factors to consider: commitment to the values of the organization and, the conflict between work responsibilities and duties and responsibilities of subjects to the family. It is understandable that an individual has certain limits to the resources of time and energy and any use made in favor of one party is reflected by a deficit on the other side. Concern for tasks and responsibilities of the individual at work is natural, but the time and energy required to carry out the work affects family life the result is frustration and favors the exhaustion syndrome. |
