The economic crisis affecting the lion’s share of Moldovan enterprises is reminiscent of the seemingly sunk into oblivion, non-monetary forms of payment. A worthy answer to crisis, can be the bill of of exchange. The greatest interest for use in the calculations between companies of non-monetary forms occurs during the liquidity crisis, that is, lack of cash. The buyer, not being able to pay here and now can take advantage of a bill of exchange. Compared with other forms of non-cash payments, the bill has several advantages. The main one is access to write your own bill and simplicity of handling. Current bills somehow involve banks. The bank negotiates with all parties about the possibility of circulation of debt securities. Issuance of promissory note loans allow businesses to save working capital and accelerate payments to counteragents. |
