In literature there were made more than one classification of human rights laid down in different eras, as concepts and different legislation. Moreover, human rights have evolved both in terms of content and their scope. Characteristic of the prewar legal literature is that the classification of rights were not included in any socio-economic, political rights, with some exceptions, because, starting from the fact that the Declaration was not anything about French political rights, it appears that in the view of the authors they were not considered to be their rights, but ways of exercising a function.
