In present article, we investigated some psychosocial factors defining crisis of professional self youth. Weak development of social reflection, diffusivity of ideas about the career, lack of employment programs of vocational guidance, a high level of labor migration of the parents - are factors, that influence the process of adequated formation of professional self-determination of youth. |
