In this paper were analyzed and reviewed aspects of human capital and delimitation influence this development on increasing the country’s competitiveness. Quality workers undoubtedly affect the country’s competitiveness by increasing investment in human factors the country becomes more attractive to workers compete and grow. The paper we analyzed models quality evaluation and was argued most timely model for our country. Methodology research has focused on the use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, abduction, logical method, comparative. They have contributed to the dissemination of research results. Finally, conclusions and proposals were drawn for improvements in the field |
