Rezumat

This article reflects the role of security policies and digital signature in central public authorities. Security policies are necessary to ensure the safety of all information processes of central public authorities. These policies or regulations provide a transparent process by which staff are informed about the requirements of usage, and allows the administration to monitor and verify the security practices. Once the security policy is implemented, it must become a part of daily business activity and general business culture. We and our staff need to be informed about current security issues in order to develop a proper security policy. Updating the security policy is a daily activity for every employee, such as checking the email from viruses and disconnecting your PC from the Internet at the end of the day. Monitor and test the security policy and identify potential security problems before they become real problems that can cost you time and money
