The civil legal act, represents legal deeds which serve as the basis in the appearance of the civil rights and obligations, as which results from the legal definition of the civil legal act, that is found in the art. 195 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, „the civil legal act is the manifestation of the will of the natural persons and legal entities, directed to the birth, modification or termination of the civil rights and obligations.” Of course, even in the notion is noted the manifestation of the will of the parties in the mentioned ases, but the legal act may be unilateral, bilateral and multilateral, which means that even in these cases there have to exist an agreement of the parties or at least one part, which can give birth to an obligation for the third parties, only in the conditions provided by law. Otherwise, if the conditions of validity are not respected, obviously it will reach its nullity. |
