The current study presents the genesis and development of insurance and insurance legal framework development. It analyzes how they come and how developed insurance and the role they have had in people’s lives, from their inception. There were thus maritime security, followed by the first forms of life insurance, of the fire. Their progress is closely related to business development and evolution of the law. |
