The present paper analyzethe Moldova institutional framework dealing with management of employment at the national and international levels (emigration and immigration aspects). Even though the National Strategy on migrationan dasylum for 2011-2020 includes a number of public authorities empowered to coordinate the (labour) migration process such as Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Foreign Affaires, in practice, there are some active bodies dealing with employment process, including: National Agency for Employment, on one hand, and Private Agencies, on theother hand. So, while regarding the labour emigrational and immigrational streams, one hasto apreciate the national regulations in conjunction with international standards (ILO Conventions). |
